Application

1. Dissipate the heat and reduce its working temperature

2. Filling and coating in electronics, electrical appliances and components.

3. Potting the gap between CPU and radiator,  in  high-power tri-tube, controlled silicone components,

4.Coating the gap between diode with aluminum or cooper substrates

5.Coating a thin gel between trial power amplifier tube and thermal fin, or refrigerator of semi-conductors

 Apply in bonding and sealing in  LED bulbs, high-power LED street lights, mine lights, and other lights or lamps which requires high thermal conductivity

Properties

 Usage

First, clean the coating surface by removing the oil and grease.

 Second, squeeze out the grease directly coating into the uncoated surface with a thin layer. have brushing, scraping, or roll coating ways.

 Third, the surface should coat evenly by filling the whole gap with a fully thin layer. but make sure not coat too much on the surface
